Will there be gluten free, dairy free, keto, paleo, kosher, etc food options available? There will be gluten free, dairy free and vegan options available for all of the meals.  

What level of weightlifter is this training camp meant for? Some of the workshops are tailored towards an intermediate to advanced lifter; however, beginners can customize the workshops to suit their fitness level.  

Are men welcomed? Unfortunately no. This camp is women’s only.  

Will I get one-on-one help during the camp? Absolutely! All of the workshops will have a maximum of 6 participants so that you can have one-on-one attention.  

Is hotel/accommodation included in the price? You are responsible for the hotel accommodations. Hotel and air travel are not included in the price, unless you choose the package that specifies that accommodations are included. The recommended accommodations will be the most convenient to travel to the events throughout the weekend. You will receive a list of recommended accommodations in the welcome package that accompanies your registration. 

Is food and drink included in the price? for the two day camp, you will receive smoothies & lunch both days plus dinner on saturday evening.

Is there a money back guarantee? Yes. If you don’t have the best weekend ever, I’m happy to provide you with a full refund.  

How often are these training camps? Once per year, so don’t miss on this!  

How many spaces are there? There are only 20 spaces, so make sure you reserve your spot, fast!  

Will the leaders help me correct my form & give me feedback? Yes. In all of the workshops, you will have the opportunity to perform the exercises and receive 1-on-1 feedback.  

What do I need to bring to the training camp? (You will also receive a pack list in the welcome package that accompanies your registration)

  • Proper gym workout clothes and gym shoes

  • Yoga mat

  • Any fitness or nutrition related questions for me during the Q & A session

  • Pajamas

  • Notebook with pen to take notes

  • Lifting straps and gloves (if you have them)

  • Water bottle

  • Camera and/or phone to snap pics!

  • ID and medical info in case of emergency

  • Outdoor shoes

  • Gym towel, hair ties, hats, sunglasses and sunscreen

What is the cancelation policy? If you email hauckangela@gmail.com within 72 hours of purchasing your ticket(s), you will be offered the option of refunding the ticket(s) price back to your original form of payment. If you need to cancel or change your registration outside of 72 hours of purchasing your ticket(s), your funds are non-refundable but you may have somebody take your place at camp. Will The Meals Fit My Macros If I’m Cutting Or Bulking? Yes absolutely. There will be options for both. Please bring your scale along with you to weigh your own food.  

What Type Of Weight Lifting & Exercise Equipment Will Be Available At The Camp? Barbells, Squat Rack, Cables, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX, Bands  

Will I Be Able To Use Any Equipment Outside Of Camp Hours? No, but the weekend will be filled with opportunities to train, so you probably won’t need extra time with the equipment anyway.
